I been looking into getting an equalizer for my dls 201. I like the sound of it and wonder if there is a good eq to let me play around more with the sound.

If you don't wanna spend hours contemplating lots of tonal options, stick with something smaller, like Drew said.

Thanks, I wouldn't mind something close to a evh sound. Its sounds like a larger band might be what I'm looking for. I'm not in a band but I'm wondering if a EQ is what I'm looking for or some pedal.

I would say MXR 102 the 10 band equalizer.The best one in the market ,since you can change input and output gain.And it "blinks" if it's going to clip.
