Are they actually lower tension than equivalent gauge non-silk strings? So comparing a "light" guage silk & steel to a "light" guage standard Ernie Ball set, is there actually a difference in tension?
I have a twelve string I'd like to minimize tension on, for reasons of comfort and stability.
