i found one at sam ash in CT, i went down last night and snagged it. it looks just like this one except it has the emg's which i wanted. it sounds and plays great

i drove 7 hours in thanksgiving traffic, got there, played it for 5 minutes. bought it. drove home. got here a little after midnight and spent $100 in gas. guitar and case= $1600. I could have gotten it cheaper if other shops could actually get the guitar. I wasn't really in a good position to ****er. They knew they are real hard to get.

I called every esp dealer in maine, nh, and mass and CT. Nobody has an eclipse. Sam ash had just the one i bought. They did have a couple ltd versions of it however. i haven't taken any pics yet but it really does look identical to that pic i put up except instead of duncans it has emgs which sound amazing.

even musicians friend says they won't have any till the end of february

I think I saw that axe last time I was there a few weeks back. Pretty guit. Congrats!

i bought that one i really dont' need another yet. There was one on ebay and i bet i coudl have found one if i started calling further away i just wanted to actually play it i don't like buying guitars i can't touch first.

i used it in the band room last night with my modded dsl100. can't believe how good it sounds and how nicely it plays.
