ESP survey missing SD forum as a choice ...

I was filling out a survey that ESP Guitars sent to me, and was pretty surprised/disappointed to see that out of nine websites they chose to provide as responses for (paraphrasing) "which website do you use most often for information on guitars and basses" that 1) the Seymour Duncan forum was not on the list, and 2) sites that are more metal community news than instrument oriented like metalsucks.net and Blabbermouth.net were chosen to include over the SD forum.

So, tick Other, already.

If there is a box in which to type SD, do that.

I'd wager that all of the above-listed web places take ESP advertising copy whereas, of course, this joint does not.

Looks like sevenstring got left out also. Absolutely puzzling given the grand intellect over there lol.

metal sucks.com sounds inviting. Does HC still even exist? Last time I visited, it had turned completely brown and sticky.

Re: ESP survey missing SD forum as a choice ...

Looks like they were avoiding all specific manufacturer forums.

Yeah, Blabbermouth and Metalsucks aren't for gear, they're for bands. They left off Gearslutz.

thegearpage isn't on there either and has much bigger numbers in terms of posts and members.

I have only heard of two of those sites, Harmony Central, and Premier Guitar...and haven't explored/used either of them. Well, maybe the occasional article on Premier Guitar, at which I always scoff. One of them by this fool Dirk Wacker – if that is his real name – even included a Strat wiring diagram which you could clearly see would not do what he claimed it would.
