esquire (bypass tone pot) wiring

well, took the other 2 pickups out of the nashville, hot rail is a hell of a lot bassier now, but i find myself trying to turn the tone knob to 11, haha

so how do you do the wiring where one of the switch positions is with the tone pot bypasses?
