Evan, whats a parallel axis single coil?

Hi Evan,
I asked around a little while back about this pickup, and no one seemed to know anything about it. Furthermore, there are no sound samples up for it, nor is there anything on the tone chart. Can you fill us in? Thanks!

This single-coil is a stacked humbucker, with the same look like the p. axis humbucker -except that's one coil.
It's still listed in the blue duncan catalogue.

Thanks for the replies guys...tonally, which pickup in the duncan lineup would you say it sounds closest to? The classic stack I imagine?
