So a customer emailed me and he's after a replacement saddle for a bridge on his guitar as I sell the odd floyd rose part or two and for the first time in a while I wasn't 100% sure. LOOKS like some sort of Kahler although I could be wrong. It's supposedly a Steve Lukather (guitarist of toto model). Although me and the customer aren't 100% sure.

anyways I've attached some photos. Any help is appreciated , the locking nut looks totally weird so hopefully it's something mass produced or easy to replace. ibanez bridge.jpgibanez string lock.jpgibanez bridge 2.jpgibanez guitar.jpg

Yes that is an Ibanez Pro Rock'R Tremolo pretty good bridge if I do say so. I have similar guitar but that looks like someone put on a different neck.

That's a Pro Rock'r from Ibanez. Not sure about the nut, but there's a name for ya.

This is what I'm used to seeing as a Steve Lukather model (sidenote: my second guitar teacher had one - excellent instrument). There's another advert showing it in black, but I *think* all of them had binding.

If he was sold that as a Steve Lukather model, I think there's a good shot he got ripped.

Editing to add: different bridge model, headstock from maybe the late '80s, early '90s?

Yep, good ol' early-80s Roadstar with the Pro Rock'r trem. Look on eBay for a replacement bridge/saddle or contact Mr. Ibanez (mr-Ibanez.com). Those bridges are hard to find parts for.

thanks for the quick response guys , I'm usually not an ibanez player so it's great I can come onto forums and get easy answers.
