As the title reads, this is a 4ply red pearloid 11hole Stratocaster guard and I got it loaded with some pretty cool stuff!!! First off the harness is probably the best feature of all, it's my design but it was professionally made by Madison's Music in Michigan & personally I think we did a pretty awesome job of mixing vintage and modern in one pickguard? JB jr in the bridge & two APS-1's in the middle & neck, middle pup is R.W.R.P.? With the harness we started with a Aluminum grounding plate, just like the 50's, then 300k pots to give the JB jr just a bit more ummph & brighten up the singles just a bit as well, we also added a wax dime capacitor! The whole thing is done in cloth pushback wire as well? The result was great, the bridge is nice and hot, very articulate & the S.C.'s have a beautiful bell like tone that just rings out pretty as can be! I've made a new guard for the guitar you see in the picture now so I want to sell this one to fund the next? I have a lot of Stratocasters & 2 or 3 guards for each! Anyhow, I'm going to ask $150, basically covers the cost of the pups? As far as trades go I'd prefer cash but if you got cool pedals you can always tempt me?
