I have a box of 8 reel to reel tape still shrink wrapped n everything. No idea how old they are. This is what info I can get off of em TDK LX for professional use. 35/90 555m length 90 minutes both directions at 19cmps, 35 micron total thickness polyester base. Make an offer.

Howdy!

"Pro" level open reel recording tape is made in 1/4" 1/2" 1" and 2" widths...most commonly on a 10 1/2" reel which translates out to 2500 feet...roughly 16 1/2 minutes at 30ips or 33 minutes at 15ips.

Based on the descriptions in metric & without pictures...that sounds like cassette tape or more likely, waaaaaaaaay old 'consumer' grade open reel tape. Maybe from the mid or late '70s? TDK hasn't made open reel tape in almost two decades...

Honestly man, I'd put it on Fleabay or better yet...toss it. If it was some super groovy unused Quantegy GP9 or 456 then I'd be PayPallin' you already!
