Up for grabs is my Marshall DSL40C!!! What can I say about these that hasn't been said before, they are great amps at a great price and mine is even better!!!
This particular amp has very low hours on it (maybe 25) & is in perfect condition! The stock Seventy/80 speaker has been replaced with a Vintage-30 Upgrade which sounds flipping amazing!!! This particular DSL has also been biased correctly!!!
For anyone who doesn't already know, they were coming out of the factory with the bias all messed up, sometimes completely pinned!!! I've got the power tubes set to about 37 now which is basically the amp's sweet spot. If you'd like it set to something else please let me know & I'll re-bias it before I ship...
I'm also going to toss in a free extra set of power tubes for this one as well! I've got a brand new matched pair of Ruby EL34BSTR's ($50 value) that would probably sound even better than the current stock tubes but I figured I'd rather have spares around so the Chinese valves stayed in. The no name Chinese tubes sound pretty darn good anyway!!!
I'll also add your choice of a like new Mad Prof. Dirt Box!!! You can choose from a Golden Cello or a Mighty Red Distortion, both pedals sound outstanding through this amp and are a $150 value to themselves!!!
It's a tube combo amp & heavy so it's going to cost a fortune to ship!!!
