So I've decided that I'm going to try and keep my Fender Marauder & A.S.A.T. but in order to do so I do still have to let one more guitar go? I never thought I'd say this but I've currently got two of them, so up for grabs is my Five/2 Telecaster!!!
It's a beautiful Sunburst MIM in mint condition, with a Maple neck, Maple fingerboard, & locking Schallar tuners!!! The stock pickups have been changed to a Seymour Duncan Five/Two for Tele set & the guitar will ship with a Fender molded hard case...
The Five/2's are a extremely dynamic Telecaster pickup set that utilize both A2 & A5 magnetic pole pieces to give you a very balanced Tele tone. A5's up top for the 3 bass strings make it so your tone is bright, crisp, & never muddy! The A2's on the treble strings give you a Tele signal with plenty of twangy goodness but that's never shrill or piercing...
I've had them in the guitar for most the time that I've owned it. Aside from my Q.P./Phat Cat set in my other Tele these are by far the best "Duncan for Tele" pickups I've ever used!!! Of course that's just my opinion, and we all know the old saying about those???
The harness has had a few mild modifications done to it, most notably cloth pushback wiring and a Black Candy capacitor. It's also got a couple 250K CTS pots and a Oak Grisby 3way blade switch.....

It's a really great Tele for a super price & I'm very attached to it! If I'm going to sell it I'd love to see it go to a fellow forum member instead of some a$$ from Reverb! I'm pretty sure if I post it on Reverb it would move quite quickly? My Silver MIM Strat and Epi. Blackback both sold within half an hour of being posted!!! In any case, I'll leave it up for at least a week here exclusively before posting it on there....
