Near Mint! Ships in original packing material with house charger, software, USB HotSync Cable and the Palm Car Charger I purchased. Oh yeah, I'll include a 128mb SD Memory Card that I also purchased for extra memory storage, mainly for music... I used this phone for the PDA, Organize, easy texting, nice digicam, and most importantly, MP3 player!

It's not branded... I purchased it online and had it activated with Cellular South, but not being a proprietary phone, I was informed it should work on ANY CDMA network....
