Saw a strat style guitar in a pawn shop today. Had a sleek headstock that had Falcon written on it in somewhat scripted letters. On the back was something that led one to believe it was made or assembled in the US, possibly California, but don't quote me on that.
It looked like it had fairly tall frets at one time but they were worn flat but even with still plenty of fret. No large divots in them. Acoustically I didn't hear any real buzzing. Neck was nicely yellowed.
A couple of searches have not turned up a thing. Harmony Central reviews all talk about cheap Asian guitars, but whatever was on the headstock leads me to believe this is different. The owner gave a shrug that he wasn't believing it was US made.
Has anyone heard of these? What are they worth. No other model number could be seen.
