Fat Bottomed Girls computer test--came out pretty good!

Hi Guys. I had to completely wipe my computer this weekend, so when I loaded my Tascam interface and Sonar back into it, I did a test run to make sure it was working okay. I didn't intend for this to be some big production, so it is short, but I impressed myself with the opening vocals, lol. Yeah, it doesn't take much to impress me, ha ha. I just plugged the guitar directly into the interface and put a bit of chorus and reverb on it, the opening vocals are completely dry--but I sang each part twice, as I did the first verse, and I put some reverb on the first verse. I didn't do any retakes because it was only a test--all errors are there. I've never been confident in my vocal ability, but I'm pretty happy with this. Now if I can stop grunting and hmphing between lines, I should be okay, lol. Posted just for your enjoyment.

I didn't think you needed to register just to listen at Acidplanet. You never used to have to anyway. I'll get it up on Soundclick as well.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the kind words. Believe me, this was more a product of performing each part twice (not copying), and staying somewhat on key, ha ha. I wanted this recording to be a reference to anyone who is looking for "big" vocals on a recording, but just can't seem to figure it out. I managed a band back in the late 80s/early 90s that used to do huge vocals, and they recorded just like this--three part harmonies, six recorded parts. I love it.
