Fat strat pickup replacement

I just recently got a Lone Star Strat with the HSS pickup configuration. I want to swap out the bridge pickup for either a custom 5, jb, pearly gates, or a dimarzio 36th anni paf. I play in a pop-punk/pop rock band and I like pickups that can be punchy, warm, big, and still have clarity. I've tried a hot rails in a standard strat before and thought it was little too hot for me.

So, my first question, would I have to swap the bridge and neck pickups if I was going to get the custom 5 or jb in the bridge due to their output?

Second question, if I had a cool rails in the neck and a hot rails in the middle, which bridge pickup do you think would match well? Any help/info is much appreciated.

i had the dimarzio 36th for a minute, its a great pickup, plenty of paf vibe with a little extra oomph and a good bid of midrange honk, not a bad choice at all.

I meant to say a duncan custom (not the custom 5).

I found a good tonal reference. The rhythm guitar sounds like a more aggressive and beefed up strat. Check out the link below.

Doesn't the Lonestar already have a PG+ in it?

Yes but I'm not really a fan of it. I've heard that the regular PG model is different than the plus.

Why not just swap the magnet in the PG+??? It may sound a bit much but I think the Duncan Distortion Neck model could be just what you want in the bridge of your strat......
