Hi!
I have got a beautiful Fender american standard stratocaster HSS (MY 2012).
I would like to swap the bridge humbucker pickup with a 59/CUSTOM HYBRID TREMBUCKER TB-16. I still love the two fat50cs single coil pickup.
When I replaced the pickups in my blade stratocaster RH4 I used only duncan there with the Suhr wiring schema (VERY NICE).
Now my problem is a little bit different... This stratocaster has got a middle RW/RP fat50cs single coil and I would like to mantain the correct phase and hum cancelling in the 2nd switch position having the TB-16 SLUG coil active.
I think that I have to:
- replace the humbucker and wire it as described in ducan HSS schematic (without swapping the black and green wires)
- swap the fat50cs neck pickup with the middle RW/RP fat50cs pickup
Is it correct?
THANKS
