Fender Mustang GT EXP-1 pedal

Hi. I have a Fender Mustang 1 V1. I'm considering upgrading to the GT series instead of getting a Mustang 3 V2 (if I even have the choice of getting a Mustang 3 V2). Does anybody know if the EXP-1 pedal is still compatible with the GT series? If not, are any expression pedals compatible with it?

Unfortunately if I google search "Fender Mustang GT pedals" I get pedals for the Ford Mustang GT. I don't like the name that fender chose.
