Fender Precision Lyte Switch PUP's from Active to Passive

Greetings,
I'm trying to switch my 1991 MIJ PLyte to passive using the existing pups and blend control. So I would like to wire the blend control into the tone controls (bass, treble) and then to the volume control. So far, I haven't been able to find any wiring to help. I have the schematic for the original setup, but since it is active and has PCB's, I'm not sure how to proceed. It's gotta be easier than this old man can figure out.
Any ideas??

First of all, only the EQ circuitry is active. (The stock MIJ pickups are run of the mill passive types.)

The wiring is already in the running order that you desire. Pickups > Blend pot > EQ > Volume > output socket.

The schematic diagram should be available from the Support section of the Fender website.
