Fender SCN vs Seymour Duncan?

Which Seymour Duncan pickup you consider that the sound is more like the Fender SCN? I am looking for true single coil sound pickup for my HSS Jackson DK2 Guitar, originally brought the STK-s1 pickups but now I want pickups with more single coil sound, I heard the Fender SCN on youtube, I found these great, but maybe there is some Seymour Duncan that I may be interested also? I heard also the SD AlnicoIIpro single coil and I like pretty much

You want the STK-S4. That is the latest Classic Stack Plus model and is the closest to a real vintage single-coil that I've ever heard. The SCN's are really nice too. They are more of a modern sounding single-coil as well as being noiseless.

I personally really like the Fender SCN pups...great tone, no noise...it's a win-win for me...

Re: Fender SCN vs Seymour Duncan?

i think the scn are fine pups as are the stk-s1 but neither sound like a vintage strat single coil . i like the tone of late 50's and early 60's fender strat pups in the neck and middle positions. the duncan classic stack + (stk-s4) gets that type of tone. the stk-s1 is a warmer rounder tone and the scn has a more modern voicing.
