I brought a new Fender Squier Vintage Modified Stratocaster Surf Electric GuitarDuncan Designed LS-102 for Strat tube-style single-coil neck, middle and bridge pickups

My Question is that the pickups don't have any jangle at all, they sound like regular stock fender strat pickups , whats the deal?

I can't get any jangle out of these pickups Duncan Designed LS-102 for Strat tube-style single-coil

The Pickups have no PEAK or Q point in them to make them jangle so there is no way to get surf sounds out of them at all they sound like my stock fender strats i hear no difference at all

Are these pickups wound to not make jangle or High Q peak sounds at all? that's what my ears are telling that the pickups are just wound to normal stock strat pickups cause they sound no different at all

Please email me back with more information please about these pickups or which amp or how to use these pickups to produce more jangle out of them if they even do

Q1) What amplification are you using?
Q2) What strings are you using?
Q3) Have you upgraded the selector switch and pots yet?

Try a metal slide. That should cut off the top of yo' head.

I have played the Seymour Duncan LS-102 lipstick pickups from a 1972 marshal plexi amp, Fender 1973 silver face twin reverb, fender sidekick champ like 25 watt amp. etc.

I can't get any jangle out of these pickups at all, they sound just like my fender stock pickups

Which amp do you have to use to make these pickups jangle or to hear the resonant peak?

1.) Are the Lipstick pickups Duncan Designed LS-102 for Strat tube-style single-coil Different than the Duncan Seymour Duncan SLS-1 is a lipstick tube pickup? How so?

2.) The Seymour Duncan SLS-1 is a lipstick tube pickup has "a resonant peak at 9.4KHz"
What is the Duncan LS-102 resonant peak is at?

3.) Other musicians have played the guitar at a music bar I play at and they say the same thing to is that they can't hear the jangle or the lipstick sound it's suppose to have. So it's just not me, it's other guitar players that can't hear the jangle or Twang

LIpstick pickups are suppose to be very twangy and jangly , these pickups for sure don't do that at all. They sound like regular stock fender pickups

They sound be night and day difference

Yes, one is made by Seymour Duncan. The other is an SD design made by some one else. [ I presume fender/squire in this case. ]

Don't you have something to do, like rocking back and forth while spinning plates on the floor? LOL
