Reverb usually needs at least one tube so that is y there are probably 10. But i dont no much about super sonic amps so i cant help you with the reasons the head doesnt have reverb although a lot of amp brands do this.

Usually, headshells are too short on Fender amps to be able to accomodate a reverb tank, so it's only offered on combos. The only time Fender ever added reverb to a head is when they made taller headshells especially for reverb, like the Dual Showman Reverb.
