Fernandes neck identification?

Hey all, I recently saw a Fernandes strat neck for sale and I'm wondering if it's a MIJ or MIK model. It has the more angled "hockey stick"-like headstock, with a decal as such: "FERNANDES" (and underneath) "GUITARS". The text is in black.

I heard the MIJ ones were of higher quality.

Can anybody help me out?

If you work out the year of manufacture,you can then work it which country/factory it was made in.
Fernandes stuff in general is very nice quality.
