Finally Completed my Bass Rig

240 watts of tube Power ( bridged)! I picked up a Peavey Max Pre-amp this morning for a very reasonable price. The Power amp- a Classic 120-120 I've had for awhile, and it got repaired so it's up and running.

The Max seems to be cool- two channels, one is solid state, the other is tube. Not sure if I could run the tube into one channel of the Power amp, and the solid state into the other? I would have to have a stereo cabinet for that though?

I'll be looking for at least a 10 space rack, cause I wanna also use the BBE Sonic maximizer. Also, there is a vent on the top of the Power amp that'll take up and extra empty space.;

I'll be running it into a Sunn 2x15 Bass cabinet. It's missing one speaker right now. I have one speaker ( a Bullfrog Aluminum Cone), and am looking for another now.

Also, I am looking at THIS rack case .Anyone got a line on a used one?;

That preamp doesn't allow running the two channels to separate outputs, but it does have a built-in crossover so you could send the lows to the 2x15 while sending the highs to a 2x10 w/ horn for example.

I don't know about that case, but my brother has a 10-space Mesa SUS4 rack that he's been wanting to sell for a while. It's heavier than a truck so it'd probably cost a fortune to ship, but I'll let him know if you're interested.

How's the BBE working out for ya? I have a 482i, which I haven't used since I got my dbx EQ. It just kills all mids. Never tried it for bass though. Here's my rig:
