First bass day.. Fender P-Bass

so I love craigslist... I bought a 90s MIM Fender P-Bass for 100 bucks! it plays great sounds throaty and rattly and has that fender bass sound that I love on so many albums... I'll include a BAD cellphone pic for now but I could not be happier since this is my first bass purchase although I play my friends basses all the time. Can't wait to write some basslines !

man no wonder why so many use the P-Bass such a clear punchy deep stock sound! Any recommendations for cheap good bass amps that take gain pedals well ?

Trace Elliot Combo, Peavy Combo, depends on your budget, I really like the Trace stuff. And congrats on your new bass!
