I am finally getting my back log of projects under control. Between work, teenage daughters, and a quarrelsome Warmoth neck (looking at you Jason 
) I have been trying to get some Telecaster projects together. This is the first one, with more as time permits.
I picked up this '88 MIJ custom off ebay a couple of years ago. The frets were baked, and the bridge was replaced with something incorrect. She was so sad looking, crying out to be saved. I planed down the board to 12", refretted with SS wire, and dropped in a correct bridge with some Texas Specials.
Whomever had this thing loved it and used it well. That is real wear folks, no fake relic here (not there is anything wrong with that).
