It is the one with the factory black carpeting. Nice, thick, black metal grill and closed back. Comes with all the wiring, wired for 8ohms. This is one heavy beast! I'm just wanting to get rid of it, so $75.00. This is for a local pickup in the Atlanta, Ga area. I don't mind driving 50 or so miles to meet you.
