I have a guitar here with one fret sticking out. My plan is to heat the fret to soften the glue (if there is glue), then tap the fret down nicely with a hammer.
Will the glue continue to stick after it's cooled down or is the glue useless?
(I don't have a fret hammer but I'll put a bit of sheet lead between fret and hammer to not dent the fret)
