So I got Friedman BE-OD today, and tried it out. Nice pedal -easy way to get tight Marshally growl and easy to keep on the smooth side away from the fizz.
I found that lower pedal pre and volume settings into an amp pre made for better toanz into the 2 amps I tried it into.
I put it on the rig of a bandmate who's often fighting off the fizz, and friedman into the amp and dialing back the amps internal gain really smoothed it up!
Pretty impressed, not surprised though.
