If you aren't familar w/the Marshall JMP, it's a fantastic amp...do a little research on it...weighs 72 lbs so I would prefer to sell this one locally in the Denver Metro, as it is going to cost some coin to ship...

1978 Marshall JMP Master Vol 2104 50W 2x12 Combo Celestion Greenbacks $1,000.00 VIA PAYPAL GIFT PAYMENT, ADDL $100.00 SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL USA VIA UPS GROUND

* COMPLETELY STOCK/UNMODIFIED * 1978 Marshall JMP Master Volume 2104 50W 2x12 Combo Tube Amp with Vintage 25W Celestion Greenbacks.

Unmodified Stock verified by Noel Stubblefield @ Stubbyfex Electro Musical Repair in 2009 when I had a $10.00 fuse replaced...said he was going to have a hard time giving it back to me as he had been playing it ever since he replaced the fuse. Even talked me out of replacing the tubes as he indicated that I would never find better tubes than what I had in it and that they had years of life left in them.

At any rate, it is a TONE MASTER!!! Killer Clean on the "Low" Input and *** PERFECT *** for running your favorite effects pedals through it. I've been able to coax everything from Hendrix, SRV, EVH, Billy Gibbons, AC/DC, Social Distortion, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Blues, Rock, etc. on up into Hard Rock and Heavily Distorted Metal Tones via my Keeley Modified Boss SD-1 and Boss MT-2 Metal Zone/Twilight Zone. Also gets a nice "Blues" Overdrive/Vintage Marshall Crunch palyed straight into the "High" Ouput and just as good with pedals as the "Low" Input. Basically, It covers all the bases.

Absolutely no functional issues whatsoever. TRUE RELICING as you see on the tolex. I did replace all of the corners, as it was missing one and another was broken when I bought it in 1998. Also replaced one knob on the controls that was missing. Replacement parts were all Marshall. Never cared about the bit of missing "M" in the Marshall Logo. At any rate, it's a TRUE VINTAGE MARSHALL TUBE AMP FROM A GOLDEN ERA. You won't find these very often so don't miss out.

IF YOU ARE CURIOUS WHAT THIS BEAST SOUNDS LIKE, CHECK OUT THE FOLLOWING YOUTUBE LINK TO HEAR A SOUND CLIP OF THE EXACT SAME MODEL (ALBEIT WITH DIFFERENT SPEAKERS BUT THE "GREENBACKS" ARE BETTER):

Wow. This brings back great memories. I had this exact amp, and used it in the mid 1980s standalone, or to power my cab.. These are killer pieces and IME sound better than their 800 counterparts did. Much more lively and better speakers in the JMPs.

Good luck with your sale. If I had the coin I would be all over this. These are RnR history makers.

Couldn't agree more! Truly a GREAT MARSHALL.
