FS 1998 Fender Am Std Stratocaster Black (Maple/Maple Neck)

For sale today is a 1998 Fender American Standard Strat. It's black and in great condition with a few minor scratches and a little grime on the neck. Plays fantastic. However, has a StewMac neck on it currently as the original neck needs repairs. Has original HSC for sale too.
Specs:
Alder body
Maple/Maple neck (original neck too)
22 frets
2-point trem
Fender/Schaller tuners
Skunk stripe on both necks
Stock electronics
Aged pickguard
Special bridge tone pot. TBX or something. Will fix when I find the email Fender sent me with the specs.
Pickups are dead quiet under even extreme gain
Comes with trem plate and trem arm

Prices (shipped/pp'd for Northeast to central USA, add $20 for shipping around the Rockies or the Deep South, sorry, shipping to there is crazy costly for me):

The last owner said it needed fretwork and it has a fair sized ding in the middle of the 7th fret of the high e. I don't have the tools or materials to fix it myself, but I believe that the ding can be repaired with some filler and clear coat. I have a seperate ad for the neck with more info.
