FS: 2006 HWY1 Strat (sunburst, maple neck)

This is a 2006 HWY 1 Stratocaster I got for trade sometime last year. Its literally the only strat I have ever actually liked. Just plays and sounds amazing. I'm sure some may remember I tried to sell this awhile back, cause I needed the money. Luckily I was able to get the money another way, and got to keep it. Unfortunately, I'm once again strapped for cash. So I've gotta sell it. If it wasn't for that, theres no way I'd be selling this strat.
But being as its the guitar I play the least, and I absolutely need to get some money Real quick. I sorta have too. There was alotta interest last time around, so I figured I'd put it back up. Rather than trying to deal with ebay.

Its just your basic Highway 1 Strat. Maple neck, Sunburst alder body, Vintage style trem (with large block), Thin finish, Small headstock, etc...I'm sure everyone knows the basics, haha.

Now what makes it different from a stock HWY 1 strat is, the Body has been Buffed to a gloss finish. Its not a super super glossy finish like one of the Poly finishes on an American strat, or MIM strat. But still extremely glossy/shiny. But if you've seen a nice Nitro Finished guitar, the gloss is like that. (although I think the HWY1's have an Acrylic lacquer finish, not nitro, though I could be wrong)
The pickups are also not stock. They've been changed out for a set of GFS "jimi" Pickups. Basically just slightly over-wound vintage style strat pickups, with a reverse stagger on the pole pieces. I haven't had much experience with the GFS brand of pickups, but if the Jimi's and the Dream 90's are any indicator, then Cheap definitely does not mean "junk". These are some insanely great sounding strat pickups. When I got the strat I expected to end up changing them out, But I felt no need. Definitely a great set of pickups. (although being the forum that this is, I'm sure whoever gets them will end up swapping them out anyways, haha)
Other than that, the only other non-stock Items are the Black Pickgaurd, and the Cream pickup covers and Knobs. The switch tip is still the stock white though, cause I couldn't find a cream switch tip anywhere.

The guitar is in extremely good condition. No fret-wear that I can see. I don't wanna say theres absolutely none though. Just none that I can see. No dings, dents, or scratches on the body or neck that I can find. The only thing I can see is a little bit of pick marks on the pickgaurd and body. But I'm sure that a good polishing would take that right off. Even as it is I can barely see them at all. Honestly nothing wrong with the guitar at all that I can find. It seems to be in close to new condition.

Like I said, I don't really want to sell this guitar. But responsibility's call, and I gotta get some quick cash. So being as this is the guitar I play the least, Its gotta go I guess. Which sucks for me. But lucky for whoever buys it, haha.

I'm asking $450 (OBO) shipped UPS, packed Extremely well. Includes a Fender gig bag, and all the little papers, booklet, extra trem springs, Trem arm, and Allen wrenches that came with it when I got it. If you have any further questions, or want any pictures of any specific things, feel free to P.M. me, or e-mail me at low_fidelity2100@yahoo.com

Yeah the photo's deffinately don't do it justice. After buffing it up I was honestly surprised at how great it looked, I wasn't expecting much. haha.

Man, for you to sell that for 450.00( which is about a very reasonable and fair price) is bad to hear.
Isnt there any way you can keep it?
That guitar is one of the best MIM guitars out there.
whatever happens I hope things work out for the best.I'd like to see you hang onto to it.
Believe me, I know about money issues!
