I am putting my Peavey 5150 212 Combo & my Laney VC30 210 Combo's up for sale. I tried attaching the pictures, but they're pretty large and too high a resolution for here, so if anybody is interested and wants pictures, just let me know where to email 'em and I'll get 'em to you.
Both are in great shape, with no problems. Both are all tube, with reverb. The Peavey's a 60-watter, with 2x12" Sheffield speakers, 2 channels, a great hard-rock crunch and decent usable clean (a little different story than the head). Solid amp that has been great to have around.
The Laney is a 1 channel Class A/AB 30 Watt amp that is of the Vox AC30 design. Really nice cleans, good classic rock growl, and a little brighter with 2x10" speakers. In great clean shape.
I'm asking $650 for each. The Peavey's sell usually anywhere from $500-700 on ebay, depending on the shape. There's a used one going for $500 right now with the reverb not even working. I honestly don't see many of these Laney's for sale, but they run around $900-1000 new depending on the speaker options.
Awesome amps, and not happy to see 'em go, but this will go towards the great cause of financing that 335. Let me know if you need pics, shipping quotes (coming from Frederick, MD) or if you'd like to set up a time to demo the amps. If they don't sell here, I'll list them on ebay in the next week or so. Just thought I'd give anybody here first dibs if they want it.
