FS: Bill Lawrence Q-Filter

For sale is an unused Bill Lawrence Q-filter complete with the capacitor. I'm not totally sure what this thing does; I got this for free when I ordered Bill and Becky's holiday set last Christmas. From what I gather, this small cube modifies your tone knob to cut off high end frequencies and produce acoustic qualities when the knob is backed off.

Interesting. I'm thinking it's an inductor...

Can we get a picture of this device?

of course. On the top of the capacitor says 223k. The resister that is entwined with it has a code of brown, black, orange, and gold but I'm not sure what its value means.

Update: Q-filter is up for sale again. Buyer backed out at the last second. Still $20 compared to $24 plus shipping at wildepickups.com.
