I've ended up with more DD-3s than I need, so the nicer of the two is up for sale. Serial number dates to 2004. Pedal is in in good condition; a few scratches but no big paint chips. The paint is slightly yellowed. I just tested the pedal and it works fine. This one comes in its original Boss box and has NOT had its insides stirred up with a soldering iron (as befalls many of my other Boss stompboxes).
