For sale: Set of humbuckers from a '90s Hamer Slammer Series. These guitars supposedly came equipped with the Duncan Designed HB103 (Duncan Distortion) set, but these pickups don't have the usual Duncan Designed logo of model numbers on them. So, pedigree is uncertain. However, their DC resistance puts them in the Distortion ballpark: 14.8k bridge, 13.9k neck. They actually sound pretty good (check out the demo clip below) but I replaced them with some booteek pickups more in line with what old Hamers had.
Both pickups are in good condition with light-moderate scratching on the bobbins, yellowed cream pickup rings, clean, shiny hardware, and no rust. 7" lead length on the bridge pickup, 9" on the neck.
$45 for the pair, PayPal, shipped to the CONUS. I will ship elsewhere, just check with me first for revised shipping cost.
