This is the custom with an a5 magnet for a bit more warmth. Its described as a PAF on sterioids type tone.
Thats exactly how it sounded to me. Its got that nice vintage quality but its hotter.
I totally prefered this over the Custom as that was too harsh and modern medal for my taste
C5 is awesome for classic rock, bluses, hard rock and vintage metal. Its the sound of rock and rock through a marshall amp
Cleans up surprisingly nicely as well
