FS: Epiphone MIK Les Paul Project

Hey guys, up for sale is a guitar I started on in high school (we're talking late 90s here) - a MIK (Made in Korea, not the cheaper Chinese versions that are out now) Epiphone Les Paul in a somewhat unusual Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish. It was passed down to me from a relative so I'm venturing to guess it's an early 90s to mid 90s era Epiphone, although I can't find serial numbers anywhere for it. It's in rough cosmetic shape (poly finish worn down in spots, dings and nicks throughout... some to the wood as shown in the pics). It comes with a well worn hardshell case (it latches, but the top comes off when unlatched). The good news is that it stays in tune pretty well for a Les Paul and it doesn't have any dead frets. There are Graph Tech saddles that come with it already installed as well.

I'm at a point in my life where I'm simplifying things and this is the result. If I can sell this guitar to at least get enough to almost buy a new set of tires for my wife's car, it's a big plus. If you're looking for a good beater guitar that you can thrash around on stage or play around with pickup changes (as I have over the years), you may really like it. I'm a double cut kinda guy and I like thicker necks, so this guitar just never fit me well (although it was fun to tune it to all sorts of weird stuff - that all spawned some cool music).

I'd really like to get $150 total *****[SOLD!]*****(that's including shipping/Paypal fees and insurance within the continental US only - no international folks - sorry!). After looking around, that price seems pretty fair given the model of it, the age and wear and tear.

Hey Chris - do you know what the deal is with those Epis that have the plastic tuning keys and the "GIBSON" truss rod cover?

One just popped up locally and it is a hella player. I guess it's the MIK difference?
