Original version but had the concentric volume and Gain knobs for channels 1/2 upgrade mod kit installed by an authorized Fender/EVH dealer.
Excellent condition, no issues. Never gigged with or left smoke-free house.
Comes with manual, original box, and footswitch.
Also I upgraded three of the preamp tubes to a sovtek 12ax7lps, Tung sol high gain 12ax7, and JJ high gain 12ax7. I will include the three original preamp tubes as well, see pictures.
