FS Feeler Thread: Line 6 Verbzilla (UK)

This is one of the best reverb pedals I've ever played and definitely the most versatile. I really love it, but I'm not using it as much as my other gear and I need cash for other priorities at the minute.

Disclaimer: I really love this pedal and reserve the right to 'hmm,' 'hawww,' and change my mind at any point.

Mint condition and I have the original box.

I'm thinking £75 shipped and paypal'd in the UK. That's about what they're going for on Ebay.

Trades:
(either straight across or with cash in either direction)

  • 1x12 Cab
  • 12" 16-ohm speaker
  • Telecaster neck pickup
  • Nickel-covered neck humbucker
  • Pretty much any hum-sized neck pickup, actually (P90, 'Tron, whatever)
  • Analogue delay pedals
  • Tuner pedal (Preferably a Pitchblack)

Anyone interested?

I still have this for sale too, if anyone wants it...

ProCo You Dirty Rat

Another one of my favourite dirt pedals. I'm pretty sure it's the exact same circuit as the regular Rats, except with the clipping coming from germanium transisters. This is the one that convinced me that dirt from a pedal wasn't a waste of time. I was blown away the first time I plugged it in. It's a huge, fat, warm sounding tone with plenty of balls. Plus, it's built like a ****ing tank. I think it's the heaviest pedal I own...in more ways than one.

Made in the USA.

Here's the deal with this one: I haven't used this in a few months, because I came to prefer the thinner rattier (for want of a better word) tone of my other Rat. Before I took it off my board, I'm almost certain that I remember it having some issues. The odd time you hit the switch, it wouldn't turn off or it would kill the signal completely. Another stomp of the switch would fix it and it worked perfectly nine times out of ten.

However, I just jammed with it for over an hour, trying to replicate that fault, but it worked perfectly every time and sounded great. If there's something wrong with it then the chances are that it's something super cheap and easy to fix, like a sketchy switch or a dirty pot or whatever.

Basically, this is a great pedal but, in the interests of full disclosure, I just can't 100% guarantee it's reliability. I think that's reflected in my price (especially considering it'll cost a tonne to post this lead brick), so pick up a bargain.

Asking £20.
