FS: First Act USA Baby Delia

Had it up here before, decided to keep it, just bought a guitar from a forum bro, so this kinda needs to go...it's a prototype of the now Delia LS series.

Mahogany neck
Rosewood board
25" scale
Kent Armstrong K90 pickup in neck, humbucker in bridge

Made by Kelly Butler, formerly of the Gibson Custom Shop. It's in pretty good condition, a tad banged up mostly in the area around the strap button (the one near the bridge). Some dings and scratches and the two places where small strips of finish came off in an accident as the picture demonstrates...the light in the pictures makes the damage much more obvious than it really is, but it was the only way to get it to show. Otherwise it is fine, any problems are cosmetic. Excellent guitar.

I feel for you - I can't believe you haven't been able to sell this over at TGP. If I didn't have 2 PRSi that cover the same territory, I would be all over this - especially at that price. **** it, why do I need studio monitors and a highend keyboard at a time like this?

Beautiful guitar - someone is going to get A LOT of bang for the buck. Someone NEEDS to buy this!

Guitars or pedals + cash...an amp would be doubtful, but possible depending on what it is. Don't really have any specific requests, but I guess for guitars something Gibson-y might be cool, but once again anything you got, just shout it out!

Not Gibsony at all, but I've got an almost mint MIA Fender HM strat I'd be willing to trade for it.

BTW, how does the Delia compare to say, a SG? Also, are the pickup cavities standard sized?

Not really a HM Strat kinda guy, but I appreciate the offer! This guitar is very close to an SG...the longer scale gives it a bit more snap, but those tones are very achievable. It's a warm, but very clear and articulate sounding guitar. I'd compare it to some PRSi maybe, but the SG is it's closest mate. And I do not know for sure, but I am pretty sure they are smaller than standard size.
