I just bought this cab a couple of weeks ago but now have to sell it to help my little sis out with some college bills, my loss is your gain. This is a 4x12 Guitar Cabinet made by a Polish Amp Company called "Soundman" and built like a Bogner Straight Cab. They are very well respected in Europe but have yet to get recognized in the US yet. This is a demo model cab sent over a few years back along with a 100 Watt head for Groove Tubes to distribute, but the deal never got off the ground, so this Amp and cabinet are likely the only ones here in the US. Could be a great score for the boutique amp collector. To get one of these otherwise would cost a fortune. This is a rare deal. If you go to the Soundman website and scroll down, you can see one of their amps onstage with Brian May, Thom Yorke, and The Edge. I don't know which one, if any of them are playing on it, but it says something of the amps presence in Europe. The build quality is above average. This is a sturdy heavy cabinet with very well made speakers with large magnets. Weighs over 105lbs so you know it's quality construction, no MDF here.

400 watt cab with Soundman 100 watt 16 ohm speakers(most likely relabeled Celestions or Electrovoice)
Switch jack on the back allows for mono (4 or 16 Ohm) or stereo (2x8 Ohm) mode. Can match most any amp.
Weighs over 105 lbs, solid quality construction (Think Orange, Bogner, Hiwatt construction level)
