Sale gone bad, seriously he didn't pay for any insurance or tracking number and that was the first time I ever had a package not get to the buyer. I did all that I could but he kept insisting I ripped him off. I no longer ship items unless the buyer pays for tracking and insurance lesson learned.

I got some stuff from dir-en-grey44.. paid for tracking and insurance. It sucks that happened, but both people should have insisted on tracking and insurance.
