FS/FT: GT12AT7 Gold Series

Guitar Center gave me the wrong damn preamp tubes, and they have a no return on tubes policy... so here we go.

I've got two of these, BRAND NEW. One of them was never even removed from the box. I have both receipts, they cost 15.99 new.

I'm looking to trade them for some EH 12AX7, Sovtek 12AX7LPS's, or JJ High Gain graded 12AX7's, or to sell them outright. 10 + shipping each, or 25 shipped for both.

For those who don't know the 12AT7's have a lower gain factor (60) than the 12AX7's (100).
If anyone wanted to lower their gain on their amp these would be a easy place to start.

if they were AU7s, I'd probably go for it, I need some mic preamp tubes.

IMHO, it's their fault for selling you the wrong tubes in the first place. Return policy or not, they ****ed up and now they have to pay for their mistake.

Talk to a manager and explain the situation. You haven't even used them, for chrissakes.

Unfortunately, the receipt is outdated, so no luck there.


I'd trade these for a mic stand or a bunch of green/purple tortex picks, as well!

hey, I've got a couple stands, the black on-stage kind, one with a normal boom, and one with a shorter one, would you prefer either?

I'm guessing the one with the longer boom would work better, as I'll be using it to mic a cabinet's upper speakers.

Haha I just found that out this morning... your's are going off first thing today; I had morning workout for wrestling yesterday and couldn't get them off.
