FS/FT Ibanez S470 body, Ibanez RG neck (needs fretboard)

I have an Ibanez S470 body that has been stripped of it's paint and a Ibanez RG 340 neck that needs a fretboard.

I'd like to trade in return for a Fender MIM Strat body.

I'd also be willing to entertain a MIM Tele body or a cash offer.
