older bill lawrence humbucker for sale, it has polepiece magnets, "wilde" markings, bright sounding humbucker - $40 +shipping ... looking for a duncan SM1 mini humbucker for possible trade ......

not sure as I got in a trade a while back.....guy I got it from said it came from a "wilde" strat type guitar ......as far as sound, it is in on the bright side ......almost like a powerful single coil type

This is Bill's L450 model that's sounds like a cross between a humbucker and a single coil. Think a high power single coil with the punch of a humbucker with perfect clarity. I have these in the bridge position of my Bill Lawrence "Wilde" guitars, and they sound fantastic.


The model that I'm looking though is Bill's rare "Wilde" L460 that looks close to a regular 50's style PAF with slugs on one side and screws on the other side. It also has "Wilde" on one side like the 450 model shown.
