Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

Man, that is a good looking guitar! Good luck selling it. I'm sure somebody is looking for one like that, and the price seems more than fair.

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

Trades are still welcome,,

price lowered to $550 shipped CONUS

I need to move this, my new stuff is on the way..

The Schecter C-1 Classic is a six-string electric guitar which features the ‘Vine of Life’ on the fretboard as well as transparent body color with a quilted Maple top. The 25.5 inch scale length neck is made from maple and has a Rosewood/Walnut fretboard. The Double Expanding Truss rod allows for great control of your neck. It's designed in such a way to allow for correcting both the up-bow and the back-bow as well as giving the neck more strength. There are 24 Jumbo frets which has the amazing ‘Vines of Life’ on the fretboard. There is also a crème colored binding that goes around the neck/fretboard and headstock. The neck is through-body and not just set in. This gives the guitar greater tone and sustain especially with the TonePros bridge and string-through-body design. The Grover Tuners are sealed and lubricated and will never require lubricating. They have an 18 to 1 ratio and will keep your guitar in tune for years to come. The strings used are GHS Boomers.

The body is made of Mahogany and has a Quilted Maple top. The colors are transparent which really shows off the Maple top. It’s available in Antique Amber, 3-Tone Sunburst, and Trans-Blue. The Bridge is a TonePros TOM and is similar to the Tune-O-Matic O-Matic type of bridges found on Gibson guitars. It’s known for allowing greater contact between the strings and body for greater tone and sustain. Around the body you’ll find a Crème colored binding which looks great with the all gold hardware.

The electronics consist of a Master Volume control and a Master Tone control as well as a 5-way pickup selector. This C-1 model doesn’t have the push/pull knob but rather uses the 5-way pickup selector to switch between single and double coil tapped pickups. The Bridge pickup is the Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB which is quoted to be the most popular humbucker. It’s used by heavy metal and blues players. It’s a high output pickup which has plenty of high end and yet remains warm. The sustain-to-distortion amount is also great. The Neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan SH-2 jazz pickup which has a more classic humbucker sound and moderate output. It’s not just for Jazz but is great for all types of music. When it’s distorted it offers a full bright tone with smooth sustain. The real thing with the C-1 Classic is its 5-way pickup selector switch. Depending upon which position (1 through 5) determines which pickup combination is used. Because the pickups are tapped they can be used as single or double coils provide both a single or humbucker type of sound.

Position 1: Neck pickup, Humbucker (Both single coils used in Series)
Position 2: Neck and Bridge in single coil Parallel
Position 3: Neck and Bridge in single coil Series
Position 4: Bridge and Neck in single coil Parallel
Position 5: Bridge Pickup in Series

The Mahogany body give the guitar a deep tone while the maple top and neck give it lots of attack. The neck through body and string through body also lend to more sustain and tone. The 5-way pickup selector with tapped humbuckers gives you a greater number of tonal varations than most 5-way pickup selectors.

Features

Neck-thru-body construction
Seymour Duncan humbuckers: SH-4 JB at bridge; SH-2 Jazz at neck (some years have the 59)
TonePros locking bridge
25-1/2" maple neck with rosewood fingerboard
Vine-of-life inlay
Mahogany body with a stunning quilted maple top
Natural body binding
Creme binding on the neck
24 jumbo frets
Grover tuners

Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet or other electronic means to stalk or harass an individual, a group of individuals, or an organization. It may include the making of false accusations or statements of fact.

False accusations. Many cyberstalkers try to damage the reputation of their victim and turn other people against them. They post false information about them on websites

Cyberstalking is a criminal offense that comes into play under state anti-stalking laws, slander laws, and harassment laws. A cyberstalking conviction can result in a restraining order, probation, or even criminal penalties against the assailant, including jail.

this comes tomorrow morning so it's your call

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

I dunno man. The Living Dead is a long standing good member here bud. Not to mention he doesn't usually behave like this. If you are what he says you are, you'll eventually get what's coming to ya. We don't take kindly to people screwing our brothers around here.

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

I don't care to repeat it as I have had to, to the corporate officers of my work and their attorney as well as others, in the end I was found completely cleared of ANY wrong doing, so I have nothing coming to me..
no Joe Mihaloew needs to give it a rest or a certified letter will reach him at his door..

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

the deal is not your business, but if you must know it's not going to take place until my payday

damn ya nosey dumbass

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

here ya go direct from the company I work for..

and the only time I will post it, either stop or suffer the consequences!!!

We have taken note of the accusations towards Indianscout and even though everyone is innocent until proven guilty; for the sake of FM's reputation, we have temporarily removed his priveledges from the Administration team.

If you have had any bad deals with Indianscount, please can you PM them to me with as much information as possible so I can investigate and put them forward when I can contact him.

Please note, that this is for current FM members only, and not members from other forums. We have always stressed that any Classified Tradings are at your own risk, but as Indianscout is a voluntry member of the leadership team here, we feel it is in everyone's best interest if we can assist our community if possible.

We obviously can not guarantee any out comes, and if you do report anything to me, please do not chase me up as we will have to thoroughly investigate and I will get back to you when I know more.

Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Community,

We have now completed our investigation in this matter.
While we agree that the evidence provided in this community against Indianscout looked bad and of course we had to take action quickly to preserve the reputation of Futuremark, every story has two sides to it, which we had to investigate before we made any firm decisions.

I can now confirm that from the evidence we have received, Indianscout's name is clear and he will be re-instated to Administrator with immediate effect.

With this, I must also respectfully ask the community to not give any attacks/smart comments either via PM, Email or on the forums about/to Indianscout about this incident as he is innocent.

Thank you

Langaleer

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

Joe,

you're breaking rule #3 of the trading forums..

3. You should only respond to a Trade Post in a positive manner. If you don't have something nice to say, do not post. Do not comment on someone's selling price. Quoting a price from somewhere else is considered bad form and shows a lack of manners.

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

Please keep anything other than talk of the trade in the Good/Bad Trader threads.

I just read this entire thread (apart from the deleted portion, obviously) and I can find neither comments about the OP asking price nor mention of any other vendor's price for a similar guitar.

By the logic of post #13, post #12 should be deleted or moved to the Good/Bad Trader threads.

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

Wow, that guitar looks sweet. Nice neck-thru. The inlay is *fancy*

Does it come with free consultation about cyber-stalking laws? How much extra for you to throw in a few threats of legal action?

41 pages documenting IndianScout's bad trading behavior on multiple forums.

My favorite part? The instance where someone sent him a guitar in trade, he used it for a month (gigging and recording, and talking about it on other forums), and then returned it reeking of cigarette smoke because he had a "tribal tobacco ceremony".

https://forum.seymourduncan.com/showthread.php?259316-my-pedals-for-your-pickups

Shows him selling items that he promised in trade to me. Thankfully I caught that thread, rather than waiting for a package that will never arrive.

Do a Google search for his user name, and you'll see LOTS of complaints about him. Thankfully I wasn't directly screwed by him by shipping at the same time, but he tried.

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

and yet again you ignore the rules, and post crap, too funny

Dominus you are not telling the truth, I sent you a PM that I can post that I asked you to please hold off till payday..

so you lie too, it's too bad

Bullsh.t. You offered to trade stuff and then sold one of the things that you were going to ship to me. That's fact. That's the same thing you've done on multiple forums.

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

I've sold nothing I offered you, I can take a picture with date on it and post it

I posted asking you to wait until payday and I never heard back from you, so if that is screwing someone around, then you need to go back to school..

guess it's much easier to follow the crowd and bash someone than to take a moment and take them at their word..

still got them, I was just waiting on payday..

your loss not mine..

Re: FS/FT NOS Schecter Classic

This injun is a real piece of work. He threatened to sue me, then threatened to have his "Indian" buddies in prison for shooting Federal Agents have me done in. I'm still waiting.

Anyone here is free to trade with him but they should do a quick internet search on Steve/IndianScout and see how his trades end up working out for everyone else. He trades the same crap to everyone then no one gets anything. Just like he is trying to pull with Dominus.

Don't worry about reporting me to the mods Steve I'm reporting this post myself so they can get you on their radar.
