I acquired this as payment for some doing some work computer on a friends computer. It's brand new, never been installed or registered. It's an OEM copy like newegg sells. I don't really have any use for it so I'm passing it on to someone that might need it. They sell new at newegg for $140 but I'm sure money is tight every where so I'll do $100 shipped or trade for some pickups or partial trade + cash etc...
