FS full range MOSFET boosters, germanium treble / mid boosts

For sale are 5 prototypes of pedals I have designed and built in preparation for an upcoming small run production. These are each unique variations of a SHO-like full range boost (but without the crackle) and a Rangemaster treble booster with a mid boost switch. All are PNP (positive ground) circuits and operate on 9V battery only with very low current draw.

Descriptions of each follow the photo

From left-to-right

1) Full range MOSFET boost with gain and volume knobs. Enclosure is painted in a hammer tone finish

2) Full range MOSFET boost combined with Treble / mid boost (OC75 germanium). Knobs control volume and gain. Switch toggles between treble boost and mid boost. Enclosure is unfinished

3) Dual full range MOSFET boost. Knobs control gain, volume and tone. Switch toggles between single and twin boost for single or cascaded boost. Enclosure is unfinished. Hole drilled for LED with lamp holder but no LED in circuit. I will provide an LED for you to solder in if desired

4) Treble / mid booster (OC75 germanium) Knob controls volume. Switch toggles between treble and mid boost. Enclosure was previously painted and has been sanded back to bare aluminum.

5) Treble / Mid boost (OC75 germanium. Knob controls volume. Switch toggles between treble and mid boost. Enclosure is painted in a hammer tone finish.

Pedals are $40 each, 2 for $70, 3 for $100 shipped and paypalled

All pedals can be returned within 5 days of receipt for full paypal credit, buyer pays return shipping which should be about $5.00

lame! I'm so broke. I'll have to wait 'til your second batch finishes. Killer prices, man.

btw for anyone who reads this... I was one of his lab rats for testing pedals. They are great, low noise, solidly built, and they make tube amps sing.

Re: FS full range MOSFET boosters, germanium treble / mid boosts

Just look at Fuse's avatar. He is a happy lab rat.

thx, man. I will probably have a few more protos to let go soon. I just need them to A/B with my initial production. I'm not trying to cut any real profit with the protos, which wouldn't be right with experimental pedals anyway. I'm just clearing some space on my floor.

I used the protos to try out different combos of components and controls. The most significant change is that I am moving towards simplicity. Each box will be single knob, no toggle. The other main differences lie in enclosures (I'm using 125Bs going forward) and layout, all of which were primarily done to simplify the builds.

With the treble booster I found a single sweet spot between the treble boost and mid boost EQ and got the quack right where I wanted it. The full boost is virtually unchanged.

Awesome. Hopefully I can get this strat sold soon and then get one each of the treble boost and SHO-type.
