This is quite simply one of the best solid state practice amps out there--and I've owned tons. The cleans are lush and clear. You can even crank the clean volume and adjust the master volume for some pretty luscious breakup tones. The overdrive tones are darn good too, with a range of anything from light breakup to pretty heavy gain. The tones that this thing puts out have a dynamic feel to them. You'll honestly flip this thing around looking for the tubes. No joke. The real spring reverb is subtle but does the job well.

This particular amp is in mint condition. It looks brand new with all of the paperwork and tags. You'll swear you just pulled it off the shelf at the store. Though, these amps have been discontinued for a while, so you won't be finding them in any stores any time soon. You'll probably be out for a long search to find one of these elsewhere as well, as they are getting quite rare.

Quick specs:

15 watts
2 channels
8" speaker
3 band EQ
Accutronics spring reverb
Headphone out
AUX in

Check out the reviews. Ignore the overall average scores and read the actual reviews. One review by someone unfairly comparing it to a $1000+ boutique tube amp dropped the overall scores from 9's and 10's ruined the average.

Funny that you mention the Trademarks. I've owned the TM30 and TM60, and I find that this amp has a very similar sound to the TM30, albeit without the modeling part. Even the reverb sounds very similar. It's got a very similar sounding Fender clean tone and similar sounding Marshall dirty tone.

Those TM's have really skyrocketed in price though. Even the TM10's seem to be going for $225-250 these days.
