Kent Armstrong Stealth 90 Bridge, black soap bar. With original box and instructions. 12 inch leads. 19.69KOhm full. 9.9 or 9.8 split. Probably just under 5K in parallel. Don't let the high resistance fool you; it's actually a pretty balanced P90, and it isn't that hot.
